VACQUEYRAS
Rouge
Varieties: 60% old grenache, 27% syrah, 10% mourvèdre and 3% whites.
Soil types: syrah: rounded stones on a clay-limestone bed; grenache: calcareous sandstone, clay marl; mourvèdre: stony calcareous sandstone.
Yield: 20 to 28 hl/h depending on the vintage.
Harvest: 25 kg crates.
Vinification: completely destemmed, late vinification in concrete tanks.
Ageing: 18 months in 500 litre barrels for the grenache and mourvèdre, 225 litre barrels for the syrah.
Production: between 5,000 and 7,000 bottles.

La Grande Terre
VACQUEYRAS
Rouge
Varieties: 60% grenache, 20% syrah, 20% mourvèdre.
Soil types: mainly clay soil hillsides, old vine grenache on calcareous sandstone, mourvèdre situated in yellow clay soil covered in rounded stones.
Yield: 25 to 30 hl depending on the year.
Harvest: manual in crates for the syrah.
Vinification: completely destemmed, vinification in concrete tanks.
Ageing: months in concrete tanks.
Production: 7,000 bottles.

Les Prémices
VACQUEYRAS
Blanc
Varieties: mainly marsanne, roussanne, Viognier, clairette, bourboulenc and white grenache.
Soil types: first plot: deep limestone clay, the other surrounded by garrigue and covered in rounded stones.
Yield: 30 to 35 hl/ha depending on the year.
Harvest: manual in 25kg crates.
Vinification: early morning harvest, direct press, 24-hour cold stabilisation, put directly into vats without the addition of yeast.
Ageing: 1 year in 500 litre barrels sur lie.
Production: 3,000 to 4,000 bottles depending on the year.

Rosé de la Roche
VACQUEYRAS
Rosé
Varieties: 45% grenache, 30% mourvèdre, 15% syrah and various whites.
Soil types: mainly sand and calcareous sandstone.
Yield: 30 to 35 hl depending on the year.
Harvest: manual harvest with 1,500 kilo crates or bins.
Vinification: a blend of 3 different cuvées: direct press grenache, saignée-style syrah/grenache, and direct press mourvèdre and white varieties.
Ageing: enamelled stainless steel tanks for the first cuvée, 500 litre wooden barrels for the following two.
Production: 2,000 bottles.

Les Grands Chemins
Vin de France
Rouge
Varieties: 50% grenache, 40% old carignan, 10% syrah.
Soil types: sandstone plot located at the bottom of silt-clay hills.
Yield: 30 to 40 hl depending on the year.
Harvest: manual with 1,500kg bins.
Vinification: what's unique about this cuvée is that the blending is done at the time of harvest, allowing each variety to add something to the finished product. Completely destemmed, vinified in concrete tanks.
Ageing: 8 months in concrete tanks.
Production: 5,000 bottles.

Pichot Roucas
Vin de Pays de Méditerranée
Rouge
Varieties: 30% grenache, 30% syrah, 30% old carignan.
Soil types: silt from the Ouvèze river and iron-rich sand from the area known as the "Grandes Roques".
Yield: not enough to be profitable, but enough to be good! (45 hl).
Harvest: manual in 1,500 kg crates
Vinification: grenache/syrah blended with old carignan (of which 50% whole clusters), 70% destemming otherwise, short vatting.
Ageing: 6 months in concrete tanks.
Production: 10,000 bottles.
